Calphalon Giveaway - The Lemon BowlFriends, I’m so excited to share the video from yesterday’s Google+ chat on How to Keep the Weight Off for Good. I had the pleasure of speaking on the panel along with Amelia from Eating Made Easy, Kath from Kath Eats Real Food, Roni from Roni’s Weigh and Tina from Carrots ‘N’ Cake.

So many great practical tips and words of advice were shared on how to keep the weight off long term. Many of the panelists have not only lost significant amounts of weight but have kept it off through pregnancies and babies to boot! In case you missed it, the entire chat can be viewed on YouTube:

But wait…there’s more…

To help you kick-start your health and wellness goals for the new year, I’ve teamed up with another group of healthy food bloggers to give away this 11-piece Calphalon Contemporary Nonstick Pot & Pan Set valued at close to $450.00.

Whether you are looking to eat healthier, lose weight or simply cook more in 2014, nothing beats a brand new set of nonstick pans to get you motivated and in the kitchen. Even if you already own a few nonstick pans, it is always good to replace them every couple of years.

Good luck and happy cooking!
