My family loves seafood and one of our favorite types of fish is salmon. Full of healthy omega-3 fatty acids and an excellent source of protein, I always feel good about feeding salmon to my family.

Omega-3 fatty acids reduce inflammation in the body, which lowers the risk of developing diseases such as heart disease and arthritis.
