60 Minute Cardio Workout Playlist - The Lemon Bowl

I have a workout confession to make: I can’t exercise without music. In fact, my greatest fear is getting to the gym and realizing I’ve forgotten my headphones. Nothing. Worse.

Gym Time

The truth is, music motivates me like nothing else. While I have worked out without music, I always workout harder, faster and longer when I’m listening to good tunes.

To help get you pumped up at the gym, here is a free downloadable playlist with all of my latest, favorite workout songs. It’s a fun mix of pop, hip hop and a few mellow songs for cooling down.

    LOVE THIS! Thank you for doing this! I can’t workout without music either and am always running out of new playlists and/or listening to the same stuff over and over and over again.
