Healthier Chocolate Malt

    chocolate malt in a cup

Summa, summa, summatime… Confession: I am obsessed with ice cream. Admittedly, I do not have a sweet tooth and much prefer salty snacks to sugary confections. But ice cream? That’s an entirely different ball game.

Guess what else I love? Chocolate malts. Yea baby… you know you do, too. Did you know that a small chocolate malt from Dairy Queen will cost you 640 calories? A large malt from Sonic? 950 calories.

Or you can make mine and fit into your pants tomorrow.

    Your straw is waiting.
