    School has been back in session for about a month here in Michigan and I’m happy to say we are FINALLY getting into the swing of our new routine and schedule.

    1. Might I suggest roasted chickpeas? If you bake them in the oven, you can add different flavor combos, like spicy, or cinnamon sugar, or just plain. They are great on the go, and can be as crunchy or soft as you’d like!
