    Ahh…strawberry season! Tiny, ripe, beautiful, red berries bursting with notes of floral honey. Any normal human would celebrate with shortcake and whipped cream. In my house, we celebrate with a smoothie. To each their own. :-)

    Ingredients
     

    • 1 c strawberries
    • ½ banana
    • 2 c spinach
    • 1 protein powder
    • c Greek yogurt
    • 1 inch knob of ginger
    • ¼ c oats
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 tbs flax seed meal
    • 1 tbs psyllium husks
    • ½ c water
    • Handful ice

    Instructions
     

    • Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
