Strawberry Green Smoothie
With 20 grams of fiber this smoothis tastes good and is sure to please
Servings:
Ingredients
- 1 c strawberries
- ½ banana
- 2 c spinach
- 1 protein powder
- ⅓ c Greek yogurt
- 1 inch knob of ginger
- ¼ c oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbs flax seed meal
- 1 tbs psyllium husks
- ½ c water
- Handful ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
