This healthy and delicious vegan strawberry ice cream recipe contains no dairy and doesn’t require an ice cream maker!

In this Post: Everything you need for Vegan Strawberry Ice Cream
Let’s get something clear right off the bat: I am a HUGE fan of real, full fat, ice cream. You know, the kind made in an ice cream maker that is churned and filled with rich and delicious cream. From a cow.

What I don’t love about ice cream? The sugar. And if you are wondering why, come babysit my kids between 5PM and 8PM and give them lots of sugar before bed. Let me know how that goes for you.

My solution? This quick and easy no-churn strawberry ice cream that is naturally vegan and contains no added sugar. You simply pulse together frozen, ripe bananas with juicy strawberries until it turns into a rich and creamy ice cream.

The best part? My boys have no idea this ice cream is actually closer to a healthy smoothie than a sugary dessert. I won’t tell if you won’t, deal?
No forks required.

This sounds delicious! I like the idea of banana soft serve but it’s often too…well, banana-y for me. I feel confident that the addition of strawberries would add just the flavor contrast it needs to be my dream dessert! Looks awesome.
Thank you so much! Enjoy!
