Sesame Chicken and Green Bean 

Stir Fry

Tender chicken cubes are stir-fried with fresh green beans and carrots in a ginger-scented garlic sauce, served with brown or white rice.

Step 1

To prepare for your stir fry, start by cutting your chicken breasts into cubes. Then add rice wine vinegar into a bowl to start your marinade.

Step 2

Next, add the soy sauce and corn starch and whisk.

Step 3

Marinade your chicken then cook until browned. Then, remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.

Step 4

Next, make your sauce by combining the rest of the rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, and corn starch.

Step 5

Add hoisin sauce, chicken broth, chili paste, fresh garlic, and ginger.

Step 6

In the same pan you cooked your chicken, add the green beans and carrots and cook for a couple of minutes then add your sauce.

Step 7

Finally, add the chicken back into the pan and cook until warmed through. Drizzle with sesame oil.

Serve and enjoy.
