Turkey Meatloaf Muffins
These turkey meatloaf muffins with bacon turn out juicy and tender while being high in protein and low in calories.
–Ground turkey – Worcestershire sauce – Grill seasoning – Garlic – Parmigiano reggiano – Sun-dried tomatoes – Onion – Bacon – Ketchup – Dijon mustard
Start by greasing your muffin pan. Add your grill seasoning to a large bowl. Then grate your garlic.
Add your grated parmesan and mince your sun-dried tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
Place your turkey into the bowl and grate your onion over top.
Drizzle Worcestershire sauce over everything and mix it up--don't be afraid to get your hands dirty!
Once its good and mixed, portion them out into your prepared muffin tin and spread your glaze over top.
Chop your bacon and garnish each muffin with a tiny handful. Then, bake.
