Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 3 inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder + 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ice to taste
