Ingredients

  • 1/2 c blueberries frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 c oats old fashioned or quick
  • 1/3 c plain yogurt low fat
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1 tbs flaxseed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into blender and puree until smooth. Enjoy!
