Strawberry Sunrise Breakfast Smoothie

Cool, creamy and delicious - this vitamin-packed smoothie not only tastes great but is full of protein and fiber to give you lasting energy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 handfuls ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
  • Serve in a large glass and enjoy.

Notes

If using frozen berries or bananas, feel free to reduce the amount of ice you add before blending.
