Easy Thai Peanut Dipping Sauce
Creamy, salty, sour and sweet - this Thai Peanut Dipping Sauce is deliciously addictive. Serve with fresh veggies, summer rolls, grilled meats and more.

- 1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
- 2 tablespoons red curry paste
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1/2 cup Silk Unsweetened Coconutmilk
- chopped peanuts optional garnish
In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, curry paste, lime juice and fish sauce until smooth.
Slowly drizzle in the Silk Unsweetened Coconutmilk and whisk until smooth and creamy.
Serve with veggies or as a dip for grilled meats, fresh rolls and more.
