Hummus Deviled Eggs

A protein-packed snack or elegant appetizer, this fun twist on deviled eggs is made with creamy hummus and sprinkled with earthy za'atar.

Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs peeled
  • 1/2 cup Sabra Classic Hummus or flavor or your choice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons za'atar

Instructions

  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and removing yolks to a medium bowl and placing the egg white shells on a large platter to assemble.
  2. Add Sabra Classic Hummus, lemon juice and olive oil to the egg yolks and mash together with a fork until creamy and smooth.
  3. Scoop a tablespoon full of the mixture into each egg white half (or use a piping bag if you're feeling fancy.)
  4. Sprinkle with za'atar before serving.
