Peanut Butter Popcorn Recipe

A sweet and salty snack you will be making again and again - nothing is more crowd-pleasing or delicious than peanut butter drizzled popcorn.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Popcorn kernels yellow or white.
  • 1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Pop kernels with your favorite air-popper then place popcorn in a large bowl.
  • Place peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl and heat until melted, 30-40 seconds.
  • Drizzle popcorn with melted peanut butter and toss well to coat. Sprinkle with salt to taste and serve immediately.

Notes

This recipe is delicious with oil-popped corn as well - I love using my Whirley Pop.
An alternative to Bob's Red Mill kernels would be Amish Country Popcorn. The kernels are smaller and tastier.
