Chipotle Grilled Chicken Breasts

Easy to prepare, chicken breasts are marinated in a sweet and smoky honey chipotle sauce then grilled to juicy perfection.

Ingredients

  • 20 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco Chipotle Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, chipotle sauce, salt and pepper. Add chicken breasts and toss to coat. Marinade for 30 minutes or up to overnight.
  2. Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill for 7-8 minutes per side or until chicken reaches internal cooking temperature of 160°F or higher.
  4. Let meat rest 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
