Chipotle Grilled Chicken Breasts

Easy to prepare, chicken breasts are marinated in a sweet and smoky honey chipotle sauce then grilled to juicy perfection.

  • 20 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco Chipotle Sauce or chipotle in adobo sauce if no Tabasco is on hand
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  • In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, chipotle sauce, salt and pepper. Add chicken breasts and toss to coat. Marinade for 30 minutes or up to overnight.
  • Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill for 7-8 minutes per side or until chicken reaches an internal cooking temperature of 160°F or higher.
  • Let meat rest 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
