Ingredients

  • 2 cups Simple Truth Organic Baby Spinach
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1 medium orange peeled
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 inch piece ginger root peeled
  • 1/2 medium apple
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Serve as is or over ice.
