Sheet Pan Lebanese Shish Tawook Chicken

Chicken is marinated in lemon and garlic then baked in the oven until golden brown. This recipe is ideal for salads, pitas, rice and more.

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts cubed
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss with chicken cubes and marinade for 30 minutes (or up to oven night.)

  2. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Spread chicken in a single layer and bake until golden brown and cooked through, about 20 minutes.
