Hummus BLT Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 4 tablespoons Sabra Classic Hummus or flavor of choice
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 4 slices cooked bacon
  • 2 leaves lettuce

Instructions

  • To prepare the bacon, bake for 10-20 minutes in a 400 degree oven. I like to use this guide for cooking bacon
  • To assemble the sandwiches, spread each slice of toast with 1 tablespoon each Sabra hummus. Top one side with two slices tomato, two pieces cooked bacon and lettuce then top with the second piece of bread before slicing and serving.
