Lemon Tahini Salad Dressing

This creamy, citrusy salad dressing is made with just a few simple ingredients including tahini, garlic and lemon.

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons warm water
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Place all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over salad greens, roasted veggies or use as a dipping sauce for grilled meats, fish, etc. 


Can be stored in an air-tight container for up to 7 days.
