cut in large wedges

red onion slices

pitted kalamata olives

lemon juiced

minced fresh dill
or 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Scatter the first five ingredients (tomatoes through olives) on a large platter.
Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Sprinkle with dill, salt and pepper to serve.
