Toast walnuts in a dry pan over medium heat until brown and fragrant, stirring frequently, about 3-4 minutes; set aside.
Spread two tablespoons of Sabra hummus on top of each piece of toasted bread. Top hummus with 2 tablespoons each diced apples and diced walnuts.
In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, honey, warm water, lemon juice and pinch salt. Add more warm water if needed to reach desired consistency. Drizzle sauce over the hummus toast before serving.
