A flavor-packed, quick and easy weeknight dinner recipe that's on the table in under 30 minutes. Crispy seasoned potatoes, sweet peppers, caramelized onions, and juicy Italian sausage. The entire meal is made in the air-fryer!

Instructions
Pre-heat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
To cook the sausages, place sausage links in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 14 minutes at 400 degrees, flipping halfway through, until browned on the outside and cooked through (internal temp of 160 degrees.) Transfer to a cutting board and slice into 1-inch rounds.

In a medium bowl, toss together peppers, onions and potatoes with olive oil, seasoned salt and cayenne. Toss well then place in air fryer basket in single layer. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, shaking the basket a bit halfway through to ensure even browning occurs.
1 red bell pepper, 1 cup diced red onion, 4 medium yukon gold potatoes, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons seasoned salt, pinch cayenne
Return the sliced sausage back to the air fryer basket with the veggies. Mix together and cook for 2-3 more minutes until everything is heated through and caramelized together.
Transfer to a large platter then garnish to serve with grated cheese, fresh herbs and chili flakes if you wish.

This is great for meal prepping at start of week and quickly reheating later in the week in microwave or in air fryer or saute pan. Works great with chicken or turkey sausages as well!
