Make crispy, flavorful Lebanese Air Fryer Shrimp in just minutes! Seasoned with lemon, garlic & za'atar, then cooked to perfection, this easy recipe is healthy, delicious, and perfect for a quick meal or appetizer. Serve over my Lebanese rice pilaf.
Pat dry shrimp with a paper towel. In a medium bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, za'atar, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Toss the shrimp in the bowl to coat well.
Air fry the shrimp at 400F for 7-8 minutes. Serve immediately.
