steel cut oats

skim milk

vanilla

sea salt

cinnamon

nutmeg

banana

Instructions
In a medium sauce pot over medium heat, whisk together milk, water, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
When mixture starts to come to a boil, add steel cut oats and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes.
About 2 minutes prior to the end of the cooking time, add in banana, blueberries, walnuts and flax. Stir well and serve.
