Place the first six ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with tortilla chips if you wish.

Notes
Remove the pith and seeds from the peppers for a more mild salsa.
To keep the dish mild, omit the jalapeño peppers. For medium heat, remove most of the seeds and pith. To keep the dip spicy, minced the pepper whole including the seeds. If you like heat, I suggest serrano peppers instead!
