Addictively crispy and easy to make these baked chicken wings are glazed with a sweet and sticky honey chipotle sauce. Perfect for your next gathering!
Pre-heat oven to 425 and line a baking sheet with foil
Place chicken wings in a large bowl and pat dry with a paper towel. Toss to coat with oil, salt and pepper then place in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet.
Bake chicken wings until golden brown and crispy, about 25-30 minutes.
Prepare glaze by heating all ingredients in a small saucepot over medium heat. Bring to a simmer then reduce heat to low allowing glaze to thicken slightly.
1/4 cup honey, 1 tablespoon hot sauce, 1 tablespoon canola oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper
When wings are done baking, remove from oven and brush glaze over both sides of each chicken wing. Return wings to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the glaze to set.
