You all know I’m a huge fan of smoothies but they truly are the ideal meal for a new mom or a new mom the second time around for several reasons:

- Ideal for Leisurely Sipping: When you’re home with babies and toddlers, meal time rarely goes without interruptions. Unlike a fried egg, smoothies can be left alone for 10-15 minutes to change a diaper or calm a melting down threenager.
