Peach Raspberry Frozen Sangria

Summer entertaining season is here and while I love hosting friends and family any time of year, it’s so nice to be able to utilize our backyard when the weather is nice.

Just like our menu is changing with the seasons, so are the cocktails we serve. When the weather heats up, I love making blended cocktails to keep everyone cool and refreshed.

I was first introduced to frozen sangria back in college when my friends and I frequented a Mexican restaurant in Harvard Square. It was always my go-to cocktail of choice but admittedly, it was overly sweet and I double there was any real fruit in it.

Fast forward to today, I’ve decided to create my over version of frozen sangria blended with frozen raspberries and peaches. Blend with fresh orange juice, dry white wine, brandy and a little simple syrup and you’re good to go.

Your straw is waiting.
