    Ingredients
     

    • 1 ripe banana
    • ½ cup Cottage Cheese (such as Friendship Dairies)
    • ¼ cup protein powder (chocolate)
    • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 2 scoops ice (more or less to taste)

    Instructions
     

    • Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Pour in a large glass to serve.

    3. I LOVE cottage cheese. Normally when I eat it I cover it tons of pepper and diced tomatoes. It’s my favorite snack and to be honest I’ll happily eat it for breakfast too..haha. I think ti’s a great idea to incorporate it into a smoothie. I want this tomorrow!
