Chocolate Banana Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup Friendship Dairies 1% Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 cup protein powder chocolate
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 scoops ice more or less to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Pour in a large glass to serve.

I LOVE cottage cheese. Normally when I eat it I cover it tons of pepper and diced tomatoes. It’s my favorite snack and to be honest I’ll happily eat it for breakfast too..haha. I think ti’s a great idea to incorporate it into a smoothie. I want this tomorrow!
