    The easiest appetizer you'll ever make, these 3-ingredient stuffed mushrooms are packed with smoky bacon and feta to create the perfect one-bite dish.

    Ingredients
     

    • 64 large white button mushrooms (stems removed)
    • 16 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
    • 8 ounces feta cheese (crumbled)

    Instructions
     

    • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.
    • In a medium bowl, toss together cooked bacon pieces and crumbled feta.
    • Using a small spoon, fill each mushroom liberally with a teaspoon or two of the bacon/feta mixture. Feel free to pack them high but be careful not to break the mushroom cap.
    • Bake until warm and slightly bubbly, 9-11 minutes.
    • Serve immediately or keep in a warm oven until your guests arrive.

    1. I almost didn’t look at this recipe because I’m not a big fan of mushrooms and neither is my husband. However, since the other two ingredients are two of my favorite things, I’m definitely saving this recipe. It seems like they’d make a good snack for me (and I’m always looking for good snack ideas). The one thing I’d do differently is to use cremini (baby bella) mushrooms, since I prefer their flavor. Thanks for a great recipe and I wish you and your family the happiest of new years,
