Health in a glass, your entire family will love this sweet and tart smoothie. Packed with nutrients and protein, you’ll get long-lasting energy with every sip.

Blueberry Mango Lime Smoothie - The Lemon Bowl

My friends call me the Smoothie Queen and I am more than honored to wear that crown. About the only thing I love more than starting my day with a smoothie is hearing my toddler request a “moo-thie”. I tell you what, that kid will eat anything blended into a creamy smoothie! Kale, parsley, ginger, you name it.

Blueberry Mango Smoothie - The Lemon Bowl

Speaking of smoothie ingredients, I’m sure most of you are down with juicy mangoes, sweet blueberries and tart lime juice but I beg you to also include the parsley and ginger. Not only are they natural detoxifiers and packed with nutrients, but they add bright, grassy, slightly spicy flavor that really complements the banana and other fruit flavors.

If you don’t have a lime, a lemon will work. Let’s be honest, a lemon always works. It just does.

Your straw is waiting.

The Smoothie Queen, huh. Well that got me looking a bit more around your site and you know I think they may be right. I pinned quite a few of your concoctions. I finally saw a Ninja in actions. I became a believer and am on the outlook for smoothie recipes. The color of this one alone would cause me to drink it with appreciation.
