If you’re looking for an easy, yet impressive meal that’s perfect for a quick weeknight dinner, these Broiled Steak Skewers with Tahini Sauce are just the thing. Full of Middle-Eastern flavor, and packed with protein, the steak pairs wonderfully with the creamy, garlic tahini sauce. I love to use the broiler as an almost indoor grill, but you could definitely make these skewers outside on the grill, too!

Ingredients

Broiled steak skewers ingredients
  • Steak: I usually use sirloin or flank steak for my skewers, and cut them into cubes.
  • Tahini: Made from sesame seeds, it’s rich and nutty and is the base for many delicious Middle-Eastern sauces.
  • Spices: Garlic, cayenne, smoked paprika, cumin, and salt give this steak and tahini sauce lots of flavor!
  • Bell pepper: I like to use red bell peppers for their sweetness, but you could use any color.
  • Onion: Red onion adds color as well as flavor to the skewers.
