Made with just three ingredients, your whole family will love these sweet and fruity Greek yogurt popsicles made with fresh raspberries and orange blossom water.
One reason I love our neighborhood is because we are on the ice cream truck route. There is just something warm and nostalgic about the classic jingle that streams out of the cheerful hot pink van every afternoon. It is the ultimate sign of summer and always puts a smile on my face.
Of course, I would prefer they didn’t roll down our street right at the dinner hour but that’s another story. To combat the allure of hitting up the ice cream truck every night of the week, I decided to do a throwback to the good old days of homemade popsicles.
You could easily spend a pretty penny on fancy, colorful frozen molds but I’d like to suggest a much easier route: Dixie cups, tin foil and wooden sticks! Not only is it super affordable but since the sticks are disposable you don’t have to chase after your sticky kids all afternoon trying to collect the inserts.
For these frozen yogurt popsicles I folded smashed, fresh raspberries into creamy vanilla Greek yogurt. The protein-rich, calcium-packed yogurt combined with antioxidant-rich berries make this a sweet treat you can enjoy any time of the day.
Raspberry season is in full force right now but this recipe would work well all summer long using blueberries, blackberries, peaches and more. For an added floral note and a nod to my Middle Eastern heritage, I added a splash of orange blossom water to balance out the sweet berries.
It’s not mandatory but just like it does in cocktails and desserts, the orange blossom water is what will have your friends asking for the recipe.
No forks required.
Raspberry Greek Yogurt Popsicles
Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 teaspoon orange blossom water (optional)
- cups popsicle molds or small paper and wooden sticks
Instructions
- Place yogurt in a medium bowl and whisk together with orange blossom water if using.
- Gently mash the raspberries using a fork and carefully fold into the yogurt.
- Optional: If you wish to remove the seeds, push mixture through a fine mesh strainer. We choose to leave them since they add texture and fiber.
- Pour mixture evenly between popsicle molds or paper cups and freeze until firm, 3 hours or longer. Remove paper before serving.

I’ve always been a fan of mint chocolate chip.
We have an ice cream truck that comes through our neighborhood, but I don’t know how he stays in business because he drives so fast that by the time you hear the song, he’s already gone! I would much rather have one of these, anyway. I need to pick up some orange blossom water, and Greek yogurt is so perfect for popsicles!
Ok that is too funny because the few times we’ve tried to catch him the same thing happens!! He’s long gone!! hahahah!! xo
What a cute and healthy dessert! These are a dessert that I definitely don’t have to feel guilty about!
