The ultimate fast weeknight dinner recipe, this Honey Soy Glazed Salmon comes together in less than 15 minutes!

In this Post: Everything you need for Honey Soy Glazed Salmon
When you’re a busy working mom with two little boys, you need as many fast dinner recipes in your arsenal as possible. Heck, if you’re a single person home after a long day in the office or anyone with a pulse, an easy, quick meal is always a good thing – am I right?

This Honey Soy Glazed Salmon is one of those fast seafood dinner recipes I keep in my back pocket during the hectic weeknight rush. Made with a few Asian pantry staples like soy sauce, lemon juice, honey and sesame oil, the entire meal is on the table in less than 15 minutes.

We love eating it over brown rice with a side of my Japanese Quick Pickled Cucumbers or in a pita drizzled with cucumber yogurt sauce. The options are endless.
Your fork is waiting.
