The ultimate fast weeknight dinner recipe, this Honey Soy Glazed Salmon comes together in less than 15 minutes!
When you’re a busy working mom with two little boys, you need as many fast dinner recipes in your arsenal as possible. Heck, if you’re a single person home after a long day in the office or anyone with a pulse, an easy, quick meal is always a good thing – am I right?
This Honey Soy Glazed Salmon is one of those fast seafood dinner recipes I keep in my back pocket during the hectic weeknight rush. Made with a few Asian pantry staples like soy sauce, lemon juice, honey and sesame oil, the entire meal is on the table in less than 15 minutes.
Your fork is waiting.
- Place salmon in a large resealable plastic bag and top with all remaining ingredients. Seal bag and toss to coat evenly. Marinade in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Pre-heat broiler to high and prepare a broiler pan with foil or cooking spray. Place salmon in a single layer and broil for 3 minutes. Flip salmon and broil on the 2nd side for an additional 3 minutes.
