    Hi. Thanks for all the great recipes. I thought of a great cauliflower recipe after I was diagnosed with diabetes.

    Cut cauliflower into small florets and sauté until brown. Boil chick pea pasta as instructed on box. Prepare cacio e pepe. Mix mixture, pasta and cauliflower together.
