Peanut butter is my love language and I have no shame. Low carb, full of healthy fats and oh-so-tasty, peanut butter is a great way to compliment high fiber foods such as apples, whole grain bread or oatmeal.

The creamy, salty peanut butter is the perfect balance to the sweet and tart apples. If you want to keep it vegan, simply swap out the Greek yogurt for full fat coconut milk.

Liz Drinking Smoothie

The end result is a sweet, creamy, slightly tart and nutty smoothie that will keep you full and satisfied for hours.
