These fruity peach Moscow mules are made with juicy peaches, spicy ginger beer, and fresh mint. It is truly the ultimate cocktail recipe!

One of my favorite things about summer in Michigan is the abundance of ripe, fresh fruit at my local farmers market. Lately, I’ve been buying tons of sweet, juicy peaches and thinking about creative ways to use up my supply. Refreshing drinks are a great way to use fresh fruit!
If you’re a Moscow mule fan like me, you’ve likely tried one of my variations like my Jalapeño Moscow Mule or Pear Moscow Mule. If you enjoyed those, you’ll love my Peach Moscow Mule. This cocktail is so delicious, you will want to make it again and again!
Ingredients
- Peach puree: You can buy some peach nectar from the store, or make your own like I did!
- Mint: Fresh and slightly sweet in taste.
- Ginger beer: Has stronger ginger flavor than a ginger ale, really packing in the somewhat spicy punch.
- Vodka: Clean and crisp, you could also use more club soda instead to make a mocktail. Or up the peach flavor by using a peach vodka!
- Lime: Adds some bright, citrus flavor to balance things out.
How to Make Peach Moscow Mules

Step 1. Start by making your peach puree. Combine your peach slices and sugar in a medium saucepan.

Step 2. Then bring the mixture to a boil, and reduce it to a simmer. Let the peach mixture simmer for about 20 minutes (until it’s soft). Then use an immersion blender or potato masher to puree.

Step 3. Pour the puree in a separate cup or bowl, and place in the fridge until ready to use.

Step 4. To make the Moscow mules, place the mint sprigs and lime wedges in the bottom of a large pitcher.

Step 5. Next, use a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon to mash the mint springs and lime wedges to release the juices and flavor.

Step 6. When you’ve finished muddling, add the peach puree, gin, and ginger beer to the pitcher. Stir until well mixed.

To serve, fill four copper mule mugs with ice and fill them 2/3 the way up with the mule mixture. Top each glass with club soda and garnish them with peach or lime slices and fresh mint. Enjoy your Peach Moscow Mules!
