Protein packed and exploding with flavor, these Greek turkey burgers are grilled to perfection and topped with a creamy garlic and dill tzatziki sauce to finish the Mediterranean inspiration.

Holding Greek Turkey Burgers

I grew up traveling to Greektown, Chicago several times a year and so it’s no surprise I love good Greek food at home. From Greek Grilled Vegetables to Lightened Greek Egg Lemon Soup (Avgolemono) and more, I just can’t quit Greek food. With grilling season approaching, I’m sharing one more Greek inspired dish, these delicious Greek Turkey Burgers with Tzatziki Sauce.

Why You’ll Love These Turkey Burgers

  • It’s a delicious Mediterranean twist on your classic burger.
  • Great source of protein, while still feeling light and refreshing.
  • Like any burger, you can customize it the way you want with any toppings you like!

Ingredients

  • Tzatziki sauce: a creamy and delicious Greek yogurt sauce with cucumber and dill. You can buy it from the store, but I highly recommend you make it yourself!
  • Ground turkey: Low fat and high in protein, they make great burger patties.
  • Oregano: Adds some earthy, peppery flavor to the burgers.
  • Garlic: Nutty, pungent, and aromatic flavor.
  • Buns: I love to use whole wheat buns, but any burger buns will work.
