- Olive oil: Heart healthy oil that helps to coat the cauliflower steaks and adhere the spices.
- Salt & pepper: Seasons and enhances the natural flavors.
How to Make Za’atar Crusted Cauliflower Steaks

Step 1. Trim the stem and leaves from your cauliflower and cut the head into thick slices, about 3/4 of an inch to an inch thick.

Step 2. Then lay your cauliflower steaks on a prepared baking sheet and drizzle or brush with olive oil on both sides.

Step 3. Next give a healthy sprinkle of za’atar over everything, getting both sides.

Step 4. Finish with some salt and black pepper before tossing in the oven at 425 for about 20-25 minutes.

Once crispy and golden brown, remove from the oven and enjoy your Za’atar Crusted Cauliflower Steaks!
