Why You’ll Love this Baked Brie with Honey and Almonds
- It’s the perfect balance of sweet and salty.
- Super simple with only 3 ingredients, and is ready in a total time of 10 minutes!
- Great to make for a party or entertaining.
- 100% guaranteed people will comment on how good it is!
Ingredients
- Brie: Naturally has a mild, creamy, buttery taste, with a nutty, earthy flavor from the rind.
- Honey: Nature’s best sweetener, clover honey is most common, but honey made from different flowers will have slightly different flavors.
- Almonds: Sweet and rich in flavor, they pair wonderfully with cheese and fruit.
Easy Swaps
- Change the nuts. While almonds are my favorite, many nuts pair well with brie like pecans, walnuts, or even pistachios.
- Using a wheel of brie. If you’re trying to make a whole wheel and not a wedge, not a problem! However, I would recommend cutting it and baking it in pieces.
How to Make Baked Brie with Honey and Almonds

Step 1. Place your wedge of brie cheese in a square baking dish, not much bigger than the cheese itself.

Step 2. Cover the brie and surrounding area with sliced almonds.

Step 3. Drizzle the whole thing with honey.

Step 4. Bake at 350 until cheese is bubbly and has oozed a bit from the rind, about 8 minutes.

Transfer to a serving platter along with apple slices, bread, and crackers, and enjoy your Baked Brie with Honey and Almonds!
