Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best way to eat oatmeal in the morning?

If you’re looking for a warm bowl, then cooking it that morning (whether in the microwave or on the stove) is best. But if you want something cool, then overnight oats is the way to go.

What’s the best type of oats for oatmeal?

Old-fashioned (also called rolled oats) are the most versatile, but steel-cut oats have a chewier texture and quick oats (as the name suggests) cook fastest.

Can I make oatmeal without milk?

Absolutely! Use water, almond milk, oat milk, or any non-dairy option you like.
