I can’t go more than 20 minutes after being awake without breakfast and coffee. It’s my favorite meal! Lately I’ve been chowing down on chia pudding like it’s my job, but I think it’s time i branched out into some of these other awesome options!
Breakfast by far is my favorite meal. My three year old son eats like a beast at breakfast. When he wakes up the first thing he says is “I’m hungry” or “Can I have breakfast?” It must take lots of energy to grow toddler boys. :)
