    1. I can’t go more than 20 minutes after being awake without breakfast and coffee. It’s my favorite meal! Lately I’ve been chowing down on chia pudding like it’s my job, but I think it’s time i branched out into some of these other awesome options!

    2. Breakfast by far is my favorite meal. My three year old son eats like a beast at breakfast. When he wakes up the first thing he says is “I’m hungry” or “Can I have breakfast?” It must take lots of energy to grow toddler boys. :)

    3. Liz, reading about how your boys eat, I am envious. Clearly they don’t have all sorts of garbage stressing them out and activating their eating stress response. My emotions and tiredness speak way louder than my stomach by the end of the day!

I’m going to have to check out a bunch of these breakfast ideas – they sound great! And I love being able to prepare breakfast beforehand. That’s one reason why I make overnight oats pretty frequently.

    4. So many great recipes…That french toast looks amazing…and I did a lot of meal prep this weekend, since I know it is going to be a busy one. I always do it for breakfast and dinner, since I’m usually on the go during those times and need something quick and easy!
